iPOLiS mobile is a free application specifically designed for Hanwha Techwin's security network products. With the iPOLiS mobile app, you can easily view live video and control pan/tilt/zoom functions, as well as search and playback from anywhere using your smartphone, as long as you have Hanwha Techwin's security system.

Supported models are continuously updated, and iPOLiS mobile is compatible with iOS ver. 8.0.X and up. This application has been tested on the following devices:

Apple iPhone 5 (iOS v8.4.1)
Apple iPhone 6 (iOS v8.0.2)
Apple iPhone 6S (iOS v9.3)
Apple iPad air (iOS v9.2)

You can check the manual inside the application to see the current compatibility with our surveillance models (Setup -> manual Tab). For optimal live video monitoring, we recommend the following profile information:

If using MJPEG: 320x240, 5fps, Normal(10)
If using H.264: 320x240, 10fps, Normal(10)

Please note that videos with more than 2M pixels are not supported.

Recommended settings for Network Camera:

Wi-Fi Environment: 8fps @ 320x240
3G Environment: 4fps @ 320x240

Recommended settings for DVR:

Wi-Fi Environment: 320x240, Quality (low)
3G Environment: 320x240, Quality (low)

For optimal performance, it is recommended to have a bandwidth higher than 800Kbps.

Profile selection (NWC) and profile status display
Password function for security
Ability to register up to 1,000 devices
Digital Zoom
Network status displayed as color-coded
Quick and easy access to mobile environment and Wi-Fi networks
Compatible with "Dynamic domain naming service" (DDNS)
Multi-Language support

Please note that not all of the features are supported on every device, and some features are not available on certain devices. If you are installing version 2.0, please register the list of products with the old version 1.0 again as new.

This application uses FFmpeg and SDL under LGPL v2.1. Additionally, please be aware that the device can limit the number of users depending on network traffic status.
